Nature Watch: Mauritius Kestrel  (1981)

'Mauritius kestrel' features one of the most exciting natural history rescues of this century. Carl Jones, a young welsh ornithologist, is filmed retrieving eggs of the world's rarest birds of prey from a mountain eyrie on the island of Mauritius. The film goes on to take us through the hatching of Mauritius falcon chicks, until this rescue, were facing inevitable extinction.
