Kakadu - Never stay in one place  (1983)

Wildscreen Film Entry, 1984

Kakadu, in the far north of the Northern Territory of Australia, is more than just a national park: It is the homeland of Big Bill Neiijie and his Gagadju people but their traditional ways are under pressure. There is uranium mining just beyond the borders and an increasing number of tourists. However Big Bill is dertermined that the old ways will not be replaced by the new and that the land of Kakadu will remain a home for his people and the source of their spiritual strength.
