Man's closest relative in the world is the chimp and this unique blood tie has pitched wild chimpanzees into crisis. This programme is an expose of the plight of these creatures as they become caught up in the international multi-million dollar race tyo find a vaccine agains the disease "Aids". Chimps in Crisis won the 1988 Wildscreen Festival Special award.
