A Year with the Kingfisher (1988)
This programme aims to show a year in the life of three kingfishers. The common kingfisher, the pied kingfisher and the white breasted kingfisher and, as a result of the film, "the biology of the kingfisher family". A Year with the Kingfisher won the 1988 Wildscreen Festival Newcomer award.
